1. Refunds

    For the following situation ,we accept the refund agreement.

1) If we do not ship the goods out beofore contract date;

2) if the products have quality issue, and the root cause of quality issue is from our factory side. 

2. Exchange   

    For the following situation, we accept the exchange agreement.

1) If we send the wrong procuts;

2) if you get the defective products due to the design or workmanship.

3. Payment acceptance

1) Paypal(<$5000);

2) Western Union or Moneygram;

3) TT transactions;

4) LLC;
